Never ever use instacart, they will rip you off. These criminals over charged my cc by $153.29 and then told me no refunds just a bunch of promotional credits. They seem to think they can do this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

File a dispute with your credit card company. Point out that you tried to resolve it, they acknowledge there was a problem, but they refused to reverse the overcharge.
